Grown by Humberto Moreno at Finca La Llanura, This coffee is picked and hand sorted at Humberto’s farm in Acevedo, Huila. Later transported to Confinet’s processing station in Garzon were is dry fermented for 14 hours,later cherries are floated hand sorted for the second time and placed in parabolic dryers to ideal moisture content.
This microbt is 100% Pink Bourbon. This variety is currently under research in order to determine its origin. It is said that it is a mutation that took place at 2100 m.a.s.l in San Adolfo, Huila
