Finca Montecristo: El SalvadorEl Salvador
O&T Servicios Profesionales S.A. de C. V. began in 2012, with a corporate restructuring of Finca Montecristo, focused mainly on offering high quality products. Over the years our families have worked with coffee cultivation, accumulating experience and knowledge on the different varieties and its surrounding environments, which over the years has allowed us to develop a coffee culture in which two aspects are united: Tradition and Modernization.
Our coffee has special characteristics that allow a differentiation and consistency in its physical and sensory characteristics, which distinguish it from commodity coffees. Our cup of coffee is very fragrant and of excellent aroma with floral notes, chocolate, vanilla and peach flavors among others: citric, malic and tartaric acids, medium to high intensity with brilliance and a creamy body.
Our new business management approach and a higher level of technification, accompanied by the good quality produced, has allowed us to enter other links in the production chain and enter other market niches. We are dabbled in coffee roasting, allocating a quality product to the national market, which gives our client the satisfaction of trying a different coffee that delights the palate.
